About the Event

Join us for our Preliminary Practice Sitting Recitation, a foundational practice in our lineage performed daily to ground the mind and strengthen the heart for future stages of cultivation.


Together, we engage in sitting recitation of mantras and prayers in English, Chinese, Sanskrit, and transliterated sacred sounds transmitted through the Vajra Master. This practice nurtures clarity, stability, and devotion — serving as the essential base for all advanced meditation and visualization practices.


Please prepare a quiet space, settle the body naturally, and enter with a sincere and open heart.
