About the Event
Preliminary Practice Recitation is a foundational practice within our lineage, traditionally undertaken as a daily personal discipline to ground the mind and strengthen the heart in preparation for later stages of cultivation.
This session is offered in support of an already-established continuity of practice. Participants engage in sitting recitation of mantras and prayers in English, Chinese, Sanskrit, and transliterated sacred sounds transmitted through the Vajra Master. Through regular engagement, the practice cultivates clarity, stability, and devotion, forming the essential basis for advanced meditation and visualization practices.
Participants are asked to prepare a quiet space, settle the body naturally, and enter the session with sincerity and steadiness of intention.
Registration is required at least two hours prior to the session. Sessions without prior registrations will not be held.
