Sunday Meditation at the Temple

Come join us for a meditation outdoor (indoor if it rains) to develop body awareness, strengthen attention ability, and enhance our ability to reach a meditative state of consciousness with our breath and visualization.

Weekly volunteer activities will follow shortly after the meditation. All are welcome to join!
