Heart Sutra: A Continued Study - Jinyin Temple English Dharma Talk & Meditation

For this upcoming November Monthly Gathering, we will continue our study of the Heart Sutra with an in-depth guided meditation to discover the real meaning of the Sutra.

The Heart Sutra is not only a Buddhist doctrinal discourse on śūnyatā, emptiness, but also a guide for advanced meditation practices. It contains seemingly mystical, impenetrable verses that describe how reality exists, and the way in which it does not exist.

We will meet on November 13 from 2:00-3:30pm for an English Dharma Talk followed by a guided meditation to meditate on the very nature of ultimate reality, śūnyatā, and to discover and understand where things come from and how they really exist.
