Ānāpānasati through Abdominal Breathing
Ānāpānasati — Mindfulness of breathing is a form of meditation taught by the historical Buddha, Siddhārtha Gautama. With abdominal breathing, or breathing with the stomach, we let the abdomen expand naturally on the inbreath and deflate naturally on the outbreath to achieve deep relaxation.
